User Ratings and Reviews
1 Star Worthless-no impact on odor whatsoever
These filters have no discernable impact on odor. It is far better (and cost effective) to simply apply baking soda or some other odor absorbent to the litter box and the litter tray.
3 Stars Not convinced
My wife insists that these “filters” reduce odor. I think they do reduce odor, but only by a small margin. Maybe 15% or less. My biggest complaint is the cost. These simple carbon stickers are way overpriced, just as the plastic waste recepticles are overpriced. I think a better alternative is to buy a Febreze True Air filter, which lasts a month or longer, and plug it in near the litter box.The carbon filter on the True Air filter is much larger and is active versus passive. As an added bonus, some True Air models come with a nightlight to help kitty see when he/she has to use the box at night. Please reconsider spending money on these cheap carbon stickers. As a final note, I have had no issues with these falling off once applied.
3 Stars LitterMaid filters
I have found that they don’t adhere to the top of the receptacles very well. But other then that I need them so I have to live with it.
1 Star Don’t need them
You don’t need these. Just sprinkle some Baking Soda in you box and receptacle and it will do. The self cleaning box is a joke don’t buy it.
5 Stars End Litter Mess
This is really the way to go. No lugging heavy containers of litter. No dust.
